HANOVER, MD-An industrial building situated in the Baltimore Commons Industrial Park in Hanover has been sold for $7.8 million. The buyer was a subsidiary of Industrial Income Trust Inc. based in Denver, while the seller was an affiliate of Great Point Investors based in Boston. CBRE Group Inc.'s broker team comprising Jonathan Beard and Bo Cashman negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
