SEATTLE-Prudential Northwest Realty Associates, a residential real estate brokerage firm based in Seattle, has been acquired by HomeServices of America. The terms of the deal were not revealed. HomeServices of America is a real estate subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Prudential Northwest Realty Associates has 350 sales persons and its offices are located in Lynnwood, Federal Way, Kent, Burien, Bellevue and Seattle.
