WOLVERHAMPTION, UK-Sanctuary Group, a major housing and care provider, has acquired a 1.1-acre site in Lawley Village, Telford, from Development Securities PLC's subsidiary Henry Davidson Developments. The site is part of a mixed-use regeneration project worth GBP 36 million. At the site, a GBP 8 million Extra Care housing project is being constructed.

The nearly 9-acre Lawley Village regeneration project will feature 37 townhouses and apartments, a 40,400-square-foot Morrisons food store, a 15,400-square-foot space for retail units, a 60-bed hotel and more. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
