
CARRBORO, NC-The Connor Group, a real estate investor based in Dayton, has paid $26.25 million for Autumn Woods Apartments, a 236-unit multifamily property in Carrboro. The company has bought the property from San Diego-based Fairfield Properties.
The apartment complex, constructed in 1997, is situated off N.C. 54 and Old Fayetteville Road. Orange County records revealed that Fairfield bought the complex in 2006 for $22.1 million.
