
SAN FRANCISCO-Group I, an investment company based in Taiwan, has bought the Warfield office building situated at 982-998 Market St. from David Addington. The purchase price was not revealed.
The Taiwanese investment company owns boutique buildings like 140 Second St., 410-440 Pacific Avenue and 254 Pine St. in San Francisco. The Warfield office building comprises approximately 36,000 square feet of office space, nearly 6,000 square feet of retail space and a penthouse.
