PINELLAS PARK, FL-The Ross Realty Group Inc. has closed the sale of an industrial complex in Pinellas Park. BB&T has sold Cross Bayou Industrial Park, a five-building industrial complex at 10410 - 10450 66th St. N., for $2.75 million.
The bank-owned property, which measures 135,308 square feet, was purchased by Illinois-based Congaree River LLC. Elliott Ross and Dennis Bush from Ross Realty Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
