TAMPA, FL-Institutional Property Advisors, Marcus & Millichap's multifamily brokerage division, reported that Waterstone at Carrollwood Apartment Homes, an apartment complex consisting of 168 units at 3339 Handy Road in Carrollwood, has changed hands for $12.7 million. Landmark Residential was the seller of the 142,472-square-foot complex situated off Dale Mabry Highway.
