CHICAGO-CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust has acquired a 1.35-million-square-foot industrial building in University Park for $64.3 million. Oakland, California-based Clorox Co. has leased the build-to-suit facility located at 2400 Dralle Road for 10 years.
San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate Co. was the developer and seller of the Dralle Road warehouse, which was completed in August. This is the biggest single-building industrial deal in the local area since June 2009. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
