
JUPITER, FL-Eastwind Development, a developer based in Palm Beach Gardens, has bought a 6.7-acre parcel at the southeast edge of South Caroline Drive and Dakota Drive in Jupiter with plans to develop an apartment complex there. After buying the site, the company secured a $15-million loan to construct 22 three-story townhouses and 120 single-story apartment units.
PNC Bank provided the construction loan. Dakota Abacoa Housing, an Eastwind Development affiliate, bought the property from New Urban Dakota, a New Urban Communities affiliate. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
