MILWAUKEE-A company associated with The Dickman Co. Inc./CORFAC International has bought an industrial building in Menomonee Falls for $1.95 million. Bushman Equipment Inc., which sold the building to Cincinnati-based Xtek Inc. on December 31, will continue to occupy the facility through a long-term deal with Dickman.
