GERMANTOWN, TN-New York-based Sentinel Real Estate Corp., functioning as VA Germantown LLC, has bought the Colonnade at Germantown, a 252-unit apartment community at 7491 Wyndhurst Place in Germantown, at an auction for $23.1 million. The real estate investment firm paid $91,666 per unit for the property.
The Colonnade at Germantown was constructed in 1996. Sentinel bought the community from DMARC 2006-CD2 Wyndhurst Place LLC. The deal was part of an auction process from Atlanta-based Multifamily Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
