
NASHVILLE-Sanford, Florida-based SilverRock LLP has bought a 0.4-acre property in the Gulch for an amount of $1.5 million for a retail or hotel redevelopment. The company purchased 1204 and 1206 Demonbreun Street from Nashville-based Eakin Partners.
An Access Car Rental building has been housed at the Gulch site. In the legal document, Eakin Partners said that acceptable brands for the hotel include Town Place Suites by Marriott, SpringHill Suites, Hyatt Place, Cambria Suites by Choice and Element brands.
