TAMPA, FL-Two office buildings in the Westshore Business District in Tampa have been reacquired by Dr. Kiran Patel. Watermark Acquisition Group LLC acquired Watermark 7 and Watermark 5 near the east corner of the Howard Frankland Bridge and south of Kennedy Boulevard.
Nearly a decade ago, the Patels held all eight structures in the development. The 29,132-square-foot Watermark 7 is located at 5410 Bay Center Drive and the 24,735-square-foot Watermark 5 is situated at 5415 Mariner St. The seller was Marketview Properties III LLC.
