BERLIN-Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH has expanded its Berlin portfolio with the acquisition of an office, retail and residential development on Friedrichstrasse. The company has reached a contract to purchase Quartier 207 at Friedrichstrasse 76-78 in Berlin.
Allianz Real Estate Germany purchased the property, which comprises 376,736 square feet of usable space, for German Allianz insurance companies. The seller was a Luxembourg investment company.
