
PITTSBURGH-PMC Property Group, a real estate company based in Philadelphia, has expanded its assets beyond the Philadelphia area. The Pittsburgh Business Times reported that PMC has acquired the Regional Enterprise Tower, a 30-story office building in Pittsburgh, for $7 million.
The building once housed the headquarters of Alcoa. PMC has plans to transform a portion of the Pittsburgh building into apartments. The company already owns three apartment buildings in Pittsburgh. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
