FISHERS, IN-Viking Partners Fund II LLC, Blue Ash-based Viking Partners' second fund, has made its first purchase in a suburb of Indianapolis. The fund has bought Fishers Crossing Shopping Center in the Fishers.
Details of the deal were not revealed. Current occupiers in the retail center measuring nearly 30,000 square feet include Jackson-Hewitt, Papa John's Pizza and Snap Fitness.
