
NEW YORK CITY-According to familiar sources, Edge Fund Advisors has made the winning bid of $270 per square foot for 4 New York Plaza. Harbor Group International is the seller of the office building spanning 1.1 million square feet, which is being marketed by CBRE's William Shanahan and Darcy Stacom. JPMorgan Chase and The Daily News are the major tenants of the property.
