SAN DIEGO-JMI Realty has acquired The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, a 21-acre property at 5951 Linea Del Cielo. The 87-room hotel, situated in Rancho Santa Fe, was sold by Huntington Hotel Co. and it was originally constructed in 1924.
The Spanish-style hotel comprises a restaurant, business center, fitness center, heated outdoor swimming pool, and an 18,000-square-foot meeting space. CB Richard Ellis Hotels arranged the sale on behalf of Huntington Hotel. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
