PIKESVILLE, MD-California-based KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT Inc. has completed the acquisition of The Residence at Waterstone, an apartment complex consisting of 255 units at Reisterstown and Greene Tree roads in Pikesville. The firm paid $65 million for the 370,590-square-foot complex.
The property, constructed in 2002, comprises a swimming pool, media room, 24-seat theater, library, conference room, lighted tennis court and fitness center. It was sold by Avalon Village Green Associates LLC. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
