BERLIN-Union Investment has bought Rosmarin Karree, a 231,693-square-foot office and commercial building on Friedrichstrasse in Berlin's Mitte district, for an undisclosed price. The company has bought the building, situated between Gendarmenmarkt and Unter den Linden, on behalf of its fund UniImmo: Deutschland.
The property, opened in 1998, was developed by Hines and the B&L Group. It comprises 126,637 square feet of office space, 28,642 square feet of retail space and 34,401 square feet dedicated to 51 Clipper Boardinghouse apartments. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
