BEAVERTON, OR-Kennedy Wilson has sold two multifamily properties in Oregon and California for a total amount of $154 million. The company sold Arbor Creek Apartment Homes situated in Beaverton, Oregon, and 360 Residences in San Jose to two separate buyers.

Kennedy Wilson has improved the net operating income of the Beaverton property by 22% since 2010 and it has also upgraded the property.
