WASHINGTON, DC-New Boston Fund Inc. has picked up a mostly vacant office condominium building at 111 K St. NE for an undisclosed amount and plans to modify the for-sale condo units into commercial rentals. The company acquired 67,000 square feet in the 11-story, 90,000-square-foot building from J Street Development.
