ST. PAUL-Real Estate Equities has recently completed the purchase of two apartment buildings located in the Lowertown district of St. Paul for a total price of $14 million. The properties include Lowertown Commons, a 111-unit apartment building situated at the corner of East 4th and Broadway, and Parkside Apartments, a 56-unit apartment property located at 200 E. 5th Street. Reinhold Residential was the seller of the properties.
