
SAN FRANCISCO-Starwood Capital Group has acquired the Metreon in San Francisco and Westfield Solano Mall in Fairfield from Westfield Group as part of a seven-property transaction worth $1.154 billion. The Metreon is a retail complex measuring 282,000 square feet, with a Century Theater as anchor tenant. Westfield Solano Mall is a 1.16-million-square-foot property that rents to 169 retailers, which include Sears, Best Buy and Edwards Cinema.
