NEW BRITAIN, CT-AIC Ventures, a real estate investment firm based in Austin, has bought a manufacturing plant in New Britain for an undisclosed amount. The production facility, which measures 140,000 square feet, was developed in 2008.
A food products company, Rich Products Corp., currently occupies the facility. AIC invested $45 million in the first four months of this year.
