ATLANTA-The Connor Group has bought three multifamily properties in the southern US. Since March 28, the real estate investment firm has acquired Autumn Woods in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, The Lodge at Frisco Bridges in Dallas and Belmont at Park Bridge in Atlanta.
With the acquisition of the three apartment communities, the company has added 842 units to its portfolio. Connor Group bought Belmont at Park Bridge this week. Financial details of the deals were not revealed. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
