MINNEAPOLIS-Chicago-based Zeller Realty Group has teamed up with Invesco to acquire the Fifth Street Towers, an office complex measuring 1.1 million square feet in downtown Minneapolis. The partners purchased the complex at a sheriff's auction for an amount of $110 million.

Thomas Stoltman of Bloomington-based Larkin Hoffman represented Zeller and Invesco at the auction. The complex was recently owned by Fifth Street Owner Corp.
