BOSTON-Calare Properties and Hackman Capital have formed a joint venture to purchase a manufacturing site in suburban Boston. The two companies recently bought the old Evergreen Solar Plant in Devens for roughly $8.5 million.
The manufacturing facility, which measures 448,000 square feet, is located at 112 Barnum Rd. and it provides Class A industrial space.
