LONDON-London & Stamford Property Plc has sold the Triangle Distribution Portfolio to BRE/Rhombus Bidco Sarl, an entity operated by a Blackstone real estate fund. The company sold the portfolio for GBP 265 million.
Of the total proceeds, GBP 150 million has been used for repaying related debt. The cash balance of London & Stamford now remains at GBP 214 million. London & Stamford has sold 17 distribution properties, including 5110 Magna Park in Lutterworth. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
