SAN JOSE, CA-Trumark Homes has bought a stalled townhome community at the northeast corner of Grandview Drive and North Capitol Avenue in San Jose for an undisclosed price with plans to complete the project by the end of this year. The company purchased Capitol Station, which comprises 34 partially built townhomes, from US Bank in a foreclosure auction.
