
DETROIT-Visteon, an auto supplier, has sold its 10-building corporate campus situated in Van Buren Township for $81.1 million. The 883,000-square-foot campus, formerly called Visteon Village, was purchased by Sovereign Partners.
As part of the deal, Visteon will leaseback 527,000 square feet at the 287-acre property for 15 years to retain its research operations and corporate offices.
