BRADENTON, FL-Colliers International Tampa Bay has closed the sale of Langdon Hall, an 80-bed, 66-unit assisted living facility in Bradenton, for $4.93 million. Langdon Hall LLC has sold the senior housing property to Chicago-based Aviv REIT Inc. for $74,788 per unit.
The 55,275-square-foot building, situated at 1120 33rd Ave. W., was 88% occupied at the time of sale. Ohio-based Saber Healthcare Group LLC recently signed a long-term lease for the facility.
