HOUSTON-Hicks Ventures Ltd. has bought two Class B office buildings totaling 141,265 square feet in the West Houston Energy Corridor. The seller was Houston-based American Spectrum Realty Inc.

Hicks Ventures acquired 16350 Park Ten Place, a two-story, 72,599-square-foot building, and 16360 Park Ten Place, a three-story, 68,666-square-foot property, for an undisclosed price. Both buildings are located in the 550-acre Park 10 Regional Business Center. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.'s Rudy Hubbard and Leah Gallagher handled the deal on behalf of the seller.
