WEST ALLIS, WI-Oshkosh-based Keystone Development LLC has bought Fountains of West Allis, a 35-unit apartment building at 5920 W. National Ave., for $1.6 million. The company will renovate the building in the next five months.
Last year, Keystone obtained $221,490 in tax credits to finance the project, but it sold the credits to an investor in mid-April to raise capital. The $1.1-million renovation of the building will start soon. The company also received $624,469 in tax credits for the development of Oconomowoc School Apartments.
