GLENDALE, WI-Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group has purchased four fully occupied industrial facilities in southeast Wisconsin in a deal that amounts to more than $29 million. The company bought the industrial buildings in Glendale, Pleasant Prairie and Oak Creek from New York-based Clarion Partners.
The properties include a 252,825-square-foot manufacturing building and a 50,120-square-foot warehouse facility in the LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie; a 77,950-square-foot warehouse facility in; and a 126,000-square-foot manufacturing building in Oak Creek.
