CAMBRIDGE, MA-Two multifamily properties in Cambridge have changed hands for $16 million. The 53-unit portfolio, situated in Harvard Square, includes 115 Mt. Auburn and 48 JFK streets.
The apartment building at 115 Mt. Auburn St. is a 31-unit brick building the second property at 48 JFK St. is a 22-unit brick building. Bencion Moskow Trust was the seller.
