FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Executive Commerce Center, a 40,469-square-foot industrial facility in Fort Lauderdale, has found a new owner. A company doing business as Executive Commerce Center LLC has sold the warehouse, located at 2942-2972 NW 60th St., for $2.85 million to a company doing business as Boywic Farms.
