
NEW YORK CITY-An investor group has bought a vacant multifamily property at 183 Columbia Heights for $6.6 million. The group snapped up the seven-story, 13-unit apartment building in Brooklyn from Jehovah's Witnesses.
The group has plans to convert the vacant building situated between Pierrepoint and Clark streets into rentals. The Jehovah's Witnesses employed Massey Knakal Realty Services to sell three properties in Brooklyn Heights.
