QUEEN CREEK, AZ-Los Angeles-based SA Group Properties Inc. has sold over 550 acres of land at Skyline Drive and Quail Run Road in Queen Creek for $3.05 million. The Pinal County land, once slated for a 1,800-home project called Silverado Ranch, was purchased by Carlsbad, California-based Seventh Heaven Family Trust.
SA Group purchased the Silverado Ranch land in 2009 through foreclosure proceedings. Brokers from CBRE Land Services Group represented the seller, while brokers from Colliers International represented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
