ARLINGTON, TX-W.W. Grainger Inc. has purchased an office and industrial facility measuring 60,500 square feet at 2251 E. Division Street in Arlington. The company acquired the single-story office and warehouse in the GSW Enterprise Zone beside Cowboy Stadium from a local investment partnership.
Grainger has already occupied nearly half the building and the remaining space will be leased out. SCM Real Estate Services' Renee Efimoff represented the seller and W.W.
