ESCONDIDO, CA-Washington, DC-based Capitol Seniors Housing has bought Garden Park Villas, an 89-unit assisted-living care community at 1342 N. Escondido Blvd. in Escondido. The company has paid $9.5 million for the property.
Escondido Assisted Living LLC was the seller. Capitol Seniors Housing is planning to convert 12 assisted-living units into memory care services and change unit mix to 42 memory care units and 47 assisted-living units.
