LAKE MILLS, IA-Nashville-based Cummins Filtration, a unit of Cummins Inc., has reached a contract to sell its North Plant, a 100,000-square-foot building in Lake Mills, Iowa. The company is selling the facility to the City of Lake Mills in a sale-lease back deal.
