POMPANO BEACH, FL-Palm Beach-based Sterling Organization has bought the Pompano Citi Centre in Pompano Beach for more than $15 million. The company took the ownership from North Carolina-based Faison through Sterling Value Add Partners, LP.
Pompano Citi Centre, which totals 908,000 square feet of space, is located at the junction of Copans Road and Federal Highway. Cushman and Wakefield's Mark Gilbert and Adam Feinstein negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
