ST. LOUIS PARK, MN-Timberland Partners has paid $16.5 million for the Village Park of Minnetonka Apartments, a 186-unit complex in St. Louis Park. The Bloomington-based company will rename the property to PARKone Apartments.
The apartment complex, constructed in 1971, is situated near the junction of I-394 and Highway 169. Michigan-based Village Green was the seller of the Village Park of Minnetonka Apartments.
