OKLAHOMA CITY-A real estate investment company based in Philadelphia has purchased a multifamily property in Oklahoma City. GoldOller Real Estate Investments, which includes Jeffrey Goldstein in New York and Richard Oller in Philadelphia, has bought the Lincoln at Central Park for a record price.

The company paid $77 million for the 708-unit apartment complex. Oklahoma City-based Gardner Tanenbaum Group developed Lincoln at Central Park, which traded for about $109,000 per unit.
