PHOENIX-A Class A apartment complex situated on the north side of the Phoenix Airport Marriott Hotel has changed hands. Passco Companies LLC has sold Alanza Place, a 360-unit complex at 44th Street near McDowell Road, for $38.5 million.
The Alanza complex, completed in 2002, was purchased by Beverly Hills, California-based FSC Realty LLC. Ric Holway and Mark Forrester of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the deal on behalf of Passco Companies. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
