DALLAS-Minneapolis-based Dominium has bought Hickory Ranch, an apartment building consisting of 192 units in southern Dallas. The property management company has plans to make vital improvements to the apartment complex, including adding a fitness center and renovating the clubhouse.

Setting new roofs, landscaping and patios are part of exterior renovations. Dominium will also attach washers and dryers to the units. Mark Sween of Dominium said that the company has an optimistic outlook of the multifamily market in Texas. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
