
HONOLULU-Columbus, Ohio-based Glimcher Realty Trust has acquired the remaining 80% share of Blackstone Real Estate Partners in Pearlridge Center, a regional shopping mall containing over 1 million square feet of leasable area in Hawaii. The company bought 20% of the Oahu shopping mall in 2010 from Blackstone and in March reported it would buy the remaining 80% of the mall for $289.4 million.
