
ATLANTA-Memphis, Tennessee-based MAA has acquired The Allure of Buckhead Village, a 230-unit apartment complex in Atlanta. Financial details of the deal were not revealed.
Trammell Crow Residential developed the mid-rise apartment community in 2002. MAA has plans to upgrade the community with new appliances, counter tops and lighting fixtures. Al Campbell of MAA said that the company is currently selling several of its Atlanta-area properties. MAA owns or holds ownership stake in 49,155 apartment units all through the Sunbelt region.
