DELAFIELD, WI-Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a Michigan-based real estate investment firm, has acquired Nagawaukee Shopping Center, a 113,617-square-foot retail center in Delafield, for $15.1 million. The Kohl's-anchored shopping center is located at the northeast corner of the intersection at Highway 83 and Interstate 94.

Ramco-Gershenson purchased the center from Told Development Co. The company bought Nagawaukee Shopping Center in a larger deal totaling $105.9 million.
